Since the late 1950s, our family has been cultivating this land. A territorial and familial bond that blends across the Maremma plots. Today, our company has over 50 hectares near Albinia, in the Grosseto Maremma.
Through Organic Agriculture, we safeguard the fertility and quality of these lands, thanks to the use of correct crop rotation practices, organic matter from our livestock farm, and limited use of groundwater, prioritising autumn-winter crops that make use of periods with more rainfall.
We produce in kilometre zero to reduce transport emissions and ensure products arrive on our tables fresher, more genuine and tastier; but also to establish a relationship of communication with the consumer to generate a sharing of knowledge and values.

In the late 70s, the first selected Friesian dairy cows were introduced, which we have always protected thanks to innovative breeding techniques that respect animal welfare and their diet. Today, the farm also includes crossbred cattle.
Pigs
The pigs we raise are of the Goland breed. We follow their every stage with scrupulous attention, from birth to slaughter, which takes place at the nearby abattoir.
Ethical breeding for us
