Thanks to our consistent dedication to perfecting all aspects of production, we can today guarantee good, genuine, and constantly monitored products throughout the entire supply chain, certified organic.

All production is supervised with awareness and common sense, choosing according to nature, health, and simplicity every day at every stage of the production chain. What results are fully traceable organic meats, characterised by their authentic, genuine, and good taste.

Our cattle are born, raised, slaughtered, and butchered here in Maremma. We ensure their growth and well-being through spacious areas and free access to the outdoors. Their diet consists exclusively of food produced by us or purchased, but all of it is strictly organic.
