This caciotta is made with whole cow's milk from our organic farm, flavoured with rocket grown by us. The maturation period varies from 1 to 4 months. It is a semi-matured caciotta with a compact yet soft texture, excellent on its own or served with jams. It is also excellent served alongside cured meats.
