Description

Our Truffle Caciotta is a semi-aged cheese with a compact texture, flavoured with flaked truffle. Perfect paired with a charcuterie board.

We meticulously follow every stage of production, from milking to processing. A closed supply chain, entirely supported by internal resources. Biological Rustics, which allows us to obtain fresh and semi-hard cheeses.
Our animals are raised respecting their freedom of movement and fed with balanced foods, formulated for their diet and well-being.
