Organic meat sauce

Since 2016, we have been producing our Ragù sauce using only organic ingredients from our Farm. Organic meat from our livestock, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic tomato passata, organic vegetables, and organic wine, all from our own cultivation.

• Method of production: The products arrive at our plant in carcases younger than 30 months, and subsequent processing is carried out in full compliance with good hygiene practices.
• No GMO / No Allergens Organic farming excludes the use of any synthetic chemical substances, permitting only natural substances.
